Kotono wasn't usually a morning person, but today she felt particularly energized and ready to tackle the day. She woke up early, around 6 am, and decided to make herself a special breakfast to get her day started right. She browsed through her fridge and found some bread, an egg, and some broccoli. Time to make her favorite breakfast!
As she cooked, she couldn't help but wonder how long it had been since she had a good bowel movement. She often ate healthy and was quite active, so she didn't have many issues in that department. But who knows, a good meal could always kickstart things down there. With a smile on her face, she ripped off a piece of the bread, slathered it with butter, and began to toast it in a pan over medium heat.
While the bread was slowly turning golden brown, she cracked an egg into a bowl and scrambled it with a little bit of salt and pepper. After a few minutes, the egg was fluffy and ready to be served. Next, she steamed the broccoli in boiling water for about 5 minutes until it was tender but still slightly crunchy. Everything was coming along nicely.
Finally, she took out the toast from the pan and placed it on a plate along with the egg and steamed broccoli. This was going to be one scrumptious meal! She sat down at her table, took a bite of the warm toast, and savored the buttery goodness that filled her mouth. She followed it up with a spoonful of egg, letting the rich yolk ooze down her throat as she chewed slowly. Then came the crunchy broccoli, which she complemented perfectly with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Satisfied with her breakfast, Kotono finished the plate clean and felt content. As she stood up to dispose of her dishes, she couldn't help but feel a slight rumble in her stomach. It was as if her meal was already kicking in and stimulating her digestive system. She smiled to herself and thought nothing more of it.
After finishing her chores, she headed to work feeling refreshed and ready to go. Her day started normally enough - meetings, emails, and the occasional coffee break. But as the hours passed, she started to feel a bit different. There was a slight discomfort in her abdomen, almost like there was too much pressure building up. She wondered if it was just nervous energy or something else.
As lunchtime approached, she decided to grab a quick salad from the cafeteria. It was light and healthy, but soon after, she began feeling fuller faster than usual. Her stomach started to rumble again, and before long, she found herself excusing herself to the bathroom every half hour or so. By the end of the day, Kotono was starting to grow worried.
As soon as she got home, she rushed to the bathroom once more, feeling an intense urge to relieve herself. She sat down on the toilet and heaved a sigh of relief as she let go. But to her surprise, nothing happened. She tried again and again, but all she managed to release were small amount of gas and some liquid. What was wrong with her?
Hours turned into days, and Kotono continued to struggle with constipation. She tried everything - laxatives, warm baths, even enemas - but nothing seemed to work. Finally, she decided to consult a doctor. After some tests and examinations, the doctor diagnosed her with a severe blockage in her colon. Kotono was shocked but relieved to know what was wrong.
With the help of the doctor, Kotono underwent surgery to remove the blockage, and thankfully, it was successful. As she recovered in the hospital, she couldn't help but reflect on how important it was to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. She promised herself that she would be more mindful of what she ate and make sure to keep things regular from now on.
As the days went by, Kotono slowly returned to normalcy, but something didn't feel quite right. One day, while she was walking home from the grocery store, she suddenly felt an urge yet again. She knew she couldn't wait any longer. She excused herself and headed to the nearest public bathroom. Once inside, she let out a huge sigh of relief as she finally released the massive poop that had been building up over the past few days. Her body felt lighter, and she felt like a weight had been lifted off her chest.
As she flushed the toilet, she couldn't help but marvel at how her poop looked. It was massive - at least twice the size of what she was used to! It was also long and messy, stretching far down the bowl. A rush of heat filled her cheeks as she realized what must have caused this change in her body. The breakfast of fried egg on toast and broccoli! She giggled to herself, grateful for the experience but also a bit embarrassed.
From that day on, Kotono became quite the fan of her "special" breakfast. She even made it for her friends and family, much to their surprise and amusement. She would often joke about how it was making her poop like a gold medalist. And although she still tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle, she couldn't deny the pleasure that came from indulging in her now-famous breakfast every once in a while.
