As Ally walked briskly through the park, she couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Her stomach churned uncomfortably, and every now and then she'd let out a soft grunt as it flexed against her lower abdomen. It had been hours since breakfast, so she wasn't sure why her body was acting up like this.
Her thoughts were interrupted by a sudden, overwhelming urge to relieve herself. She looked around quickly, her cheeks flushing slightly at the realization of what she had to do. She raced over to a secluded bench, her breath coming in short bursts as she struggled to contain herself.
Without warning, a powerful wave of nausea washed over her, causing her to double over in pain. As her stomach acid rose up into her throat, she pushed as hard as she could, finally releasing a massive hot stream of liquid shit onto the ground beneath her. She couldn't believe she was doing this, but the feeling of relief was overwhelming.
Between gasps for air, Ally heard footsteps approaching. Panic set in as she frantically tried to clean up her mess, tears streaming down her face from the pain and embarrassment. She tore off a piece of her shirt to try and mop up the excrement, all the while praying that whoever was coming wouldn't see her like this.
Just as her stomach finally settled down, a young woman came around the corner, unaware of what was happening just moments ago. Ally watched in horror as their eyes met, a small smile tugging at the corner of her friend's mouth. "Ally, what are you doing?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.
Ally's face burned with shame. "I-I don't know," she stammered, her voice cracking. "I just had to go so badly..." she trailed off, looking down at the remains of her shit-covered shirt.
Her friend let out a quiet laugh. "Well, at least you're honest about it," she said, leaning against the bench. "But you should probably find a more appropriate place to do that next time. People might not appreciate seeing your ass hanging out like that."
Ally nodded mutely, still unable to believe what she had just done. She slowly stood up, trying to gather her remaining dignity as best she could. "I'm sorry," she murmured, turning away from her friend. "I don't know what came over me. Let's just forget about this, okay?"
Her friend nodded in understanding. "Alright, we won't mention it again. But please promise me you'll find a better spot next time," she said, offering her hand to help Ally up from the ground.
As they walked away from the park, Ally could feel the weight of embarrassment and shame pressing down on her. She vowed to herself that she would never let something like that happen again. Even if it meant dealing with the uncomfortable urges that seemed to come out of nowhere.
