In a hidden and exclusive location, a group of wealthy individuals gather to witness the disturbing yet erotic spectacle unfolding before their eyes. They're here to observe the first episode of "Toilet Slaves Scatology," a new reality TV show that pushes the boundaries of taboo and depravity.
