The adult baby boy, Eric, continued to beg his nanny, Lily, for attention and care during his diaper change. Lily helped Eric stand up and adjust his freshly changed diaper, which was now plastered securely against his bottom. She fastened it snugly, making sure he wouldn't be able to mess himself before she tied on a new pair of plastic pants overtop. "There you go, sweetheart," she said softly, ruffling his hair affectionately. "You're all cleaned up and ready for bed."
As Lily led Eric to his crib, he couldn't shake off the strange sense of satisfaction that lingered within him. Despite the degrading treatment and humiliation, he found himself craving more of her attention and care.
