As dawn broke over the city, Maya awoke from a deep sleep, her pregnant belly heavy and bloated from the massive load of shit she'd consumed just hours before. Groaning softly, the expectant mother slowly sat up and stretched, feeling the familiar rumbles in her gut as her stomach continued to digest its bountiful breakfast.
Maya looked down at her swollen stomach, marveling at the sight of it. She ran her hands over her smooth skin, tracing the outline of the growing life within her. It was incredible to think that this tiny being was once a part of her, sharing her body and experiencing everything she did.
Breakfast was always the best meal of the day for Maya and her partner. The smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, mingling with the rich aroma of cooked food and the underlying smell of shit that seemed to linger everywhere in their home. Maya smiled as she remembered how her partner always indulged her in these little pleasures, even though they weren't exactly conventional.
"Good morning, precious," Maya whispered to her belly, receiving a gentle kick in response. "Time for you to get some rest and let mommy get to work."
With that, Maya stood up from the bed, making her way to the kitchen where her partner was waiting for her. The smell of freshly made pancakes filled the room, as well as the cloud of smoke that hung in the air from her partner's morning cigarette.
"Morning, babe," her partner said, their voice rough from sleep and smoke. "You look lovely, as always. Sit down and have some breakfast, you've earned it."
Maya grinned widely and did as she was told, settling down at the kitchen table with a plate piled high with pancakes, syrup, and bacon. It was truly a feast fit for a queen, or rather, a toilet.
As they ate their meal, Maya couldn't help but feel the familiar pangs of guilt creeping into her heart. She knew what was expected of her after their breakfast together, and it wasn't going to be easy. But then again, nothing worth having ever came without sacrifice.
"Alright, baby," Maya said after finishing her meal, pushing her plate away. "I'm ready to get to work. You smoke and finish your coffee, I've got a few things I need to take care of around the house."
With that, Maya stood up and took a deep breath, preparing herself for the long day ahead. She knew her partner would be watching her every move, ensuring she didn't skip any of her chores. As she turned towards the door, she caught a glimpse of her reflection in the mirror.
Her face was still soft and beautiful, despite the layer of dried shit and other messes that stained her skin. Her once luscious hair was now matted and tangled, caked in filth and serving as the perfect tool for cleaning. Despite it all, she looked proud, almost triumphant. This was her life now, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
As Maya walked away, leaving her partner alone in the kitchen, she couldn't help but wonder how much worse things could get. But then again, she reminded herself, nothing could ever be worse than the stench of rotting shit that permeated their home. And with that thought driving her forward, she set out to clean up their mess once again.
The rest of the day was a blur for Maya. She cleaned every inch of their small apartment, scrubbing floors, washing dishes, and dusting every surface until it glittered. Her work was meticulous, and she took pride in the fact that her partner could find no trace of their filthy lifestyle behind closed doors.
As the sun began to set, signaling the end of another long and grueling day, Maya collapsed onto the couch. Her body ached from exhaustion, and her mind was filled with the images of the past few hours. Despite her best efforts, there was always something more to clean, always some new mess to deal with.
But as tired as she was, Maya couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction deep down inside. She had accomplished something today, even if it was just keeping their living space clean. And tomorrow would be another day, another chance to prove herself to her partner.
She closed her eyes, trying to ignore the soft buzz of the TV and the reassuring rumble of her pregnant belly. It may not have been the life she'd always imagined for herself, but it was hers now. And no matter what came her way, she would face it with the same determination and resilience that had carried her through this day.
