In this enthralling episode, the Scatqueens continue their exploits with their hapless slave. The slave girl, looking like a dumb pig with her mouth wide open and shit-smeared all over her face, can't seem to tear herself away from the pile of feces she's been busy chewing on. This displeases the Scatqueens to no end.
Deciding that the slave girl needs a lesson in obedience, the Scatqueens force her back onto the toilet seat, where she promptly vomits up all the stale food that had been sitting in her stomach. Once she's emptied herself out, they command her to lick the toilet bowl clean like a good little dog.
Meanwhile, the Scatqueens have an unlikely guest join them - a man who goes by the name of Scat Foil. He seems unaware of the nature of their activities and initially appears hesitant about what's going on around him. However, as time goes by, it becomes clear that he's slowly losing his inhibitions and beginning to enjoy himself despite his initial reservations.
As the Scatqueens continue their depraved actions with both the slave girl and Scat Foil, tensions rise in the room. Scat Foil finds himself drawn deeper into the world of human waste and filth, much to the disgust and fascination of the Scatqueens. Despite his protests, he is compelled to participate in their sickening rituals.
