In the dimly lit doctor's office, Nurse Lilia sat with her patient, a young man named Jack. She had been treating him for his various ailments, but today she had something else in mind. She cleared her throat and leaned forward, her warm breath caressing Jack's ear. "Now then, Jack. I've been meaning to talk to you about your treatment."
Jack shifted in his seat, sensing a change in tone. "Oh really? What's up?"
Nurse Lilia smiled seductively, her red lipstick standing out against her porcelain skin. "Well, you see, I've been looking into some alternative methods of medication." She reached over to her desk and pulled out a small jar. "I found this old remedy at an antique store." She opened the jar, and the pungent stench filled the room. "It might be strange, but it's highly effective."
Jack coughed, covering his nose. "What is it exactly?"
"It's called 'patients' medication,'" she explained, her voice taking on a darker tone. "It's made from human waste."
Jack's eyes widened in shock. "Human waste?!"
"Don't worry," Nurse Lilia reassured him, her fingers trailing along his arm comfortingly. "It's been processed and purified. But the smell... well, let's just say it's very potent." She grinned wickedly.
Jack was still skeptical but felt a strange sort of excitement brewing within him. He looked into the jar again and saw the thick, brown substance inside. "And this is supposed to help me?"
Nurse Lilia nodded. "Oh yes. It's very effective against certain illnesses." She pointed to a stack of papers on her desk. "Those are the results of past patients who have used it."
Jack hesitated for a moment before reaching into the jar and scooping out a handful of the foul-smelling medication. He held it tightly in his palm, feeling it crumble between his fingers. "I suppose I have no choice," he said with a shrug, trying to appear nonchalant.
Nurse Lilia smiled warmly at him, taking the jar from him. "I'll administer it to you myself." She leaned over him, her breasts grazing against his shoulder, and slowly inserted a finger into his mouth. "Just swallow," she whispered as she removed her finger, leaving behind a trail of the medication on his tongue.
Jack closed his eyes, feeling the intense taste of the patient's medication spread throughout his mouth and down his throat. It was disgusting and repulsive, yet he couldn't deny the odd sense of satisfaction he felt deep within him.
Nurse Lilia sat back in her chair, watching him carefully. "You'll feel the effects soon enough," she said with a sly grin. "And trust me, they'll be worth it." Jack nodded, still trying to comprehend what he had just done. As he left the office, he couldn't help but wonder what kind of illnesses this so-called 'patients' medication could cure... and if he was willing to endure its foul taste again in the future.
