Part 1 of Toilet Slaves Scatology series revolves around the intimate bond between an adult baby and his caring Nanny. The story begins as the grown man, who still dresses and behaves like a toddler, expresses his need for nourishment. His Nanny obliges by preparing a bowl of food for him.
As she feeds him, she inadvertently finds herself in a compromising position that leads to her body naturally releasing a solid, firm turd. Realizing what has happened, she quickly adjusts her plan to make the best of this unexpected situation. She squats over the bowl and seats herself comfortably before pushing out a large, round log of feces.
Feeling slightly embarrassed but also determined, the Nanny resolves to use this new development to her advantage. With careful consideration, she decides to feed her adult baby this fresh, warm turd as part of his meal. She picks it up between two fingers, still warm from her body heat, and presents it to him on a spoon.
She then explains that since it's already softened by her body temperature and mixed with some of her saliva, he won't need to chew too much. To further assist him in digestion, she adds some water from a separate container, effectively turning the solid turd into a more manageable paste.
Despite the unusual nature of his meal, the adult baby eagerly accepts the offering from his Nanny. As he sucks on the spoonful of fecal paste, he can't help but feel a sense of closeness and dependence on his caregiver. Little does he know that this experience will only deepen their unique bond in unexpected ways.
