The story revolves around a woman named Natalia Kapretti, who has a perverse fascination with making her partners eat her feces. She introduces a new man, whom she calls the "Latrine," into this lifestyle by instructing him to lie in the toilet bowl and wait for one of her slave girls to take a shit on him.
Maya, one of the slave girls, has diarrhea and proceeds to fill the Latrine's mouth with her liquid feces. Kat, the other slave girl, follows suit by taking a normal shit and casually flicking ash from her cigarette into the Latrine's mouth. Despite this, Natalia assures the Latrine that Kat won't be punished for the act.
As the story progresses, the Latrine is subjected to multiple instances of being fed feces by Natalia and her slave girls. Natalia herself has a lot of shit for the Latrine to consume, frequently referring to him as a "shit-eater" and making it clear that he has no choice in the matter.
Throughout this ordeal, the Latrine endures the humiliation and disgust of being treated like a living toilet bowl. Despite his feelings of degradation, he is powerless to resist Natalia's manipulation and the forceful demands of her slave girls.
