Alice had been feeling rather constipated for the past couple of days. She had tried everything from laxatives to enemas, but nothing seemed to work. As much as she hated having to deal with her chronic bowel issues, she knew she couldn't ignore them anymore. So, early in the morning, before anyone else in the house woke up, she slipped into the bathroom and prepared herself for another uncomfortable experience.
She undid her shorts and panties, feeling a wave of heat rush to her privates as the cool air hit them. Sitting down on the toilet bowl, she felt the cool ceramic against her flesh, making her shiver slightly. She gripped the sides of the toilet tightly, preparing herself for the challenge ahead. Closing her eyes, she took a deep breath and began to push.
At first, nothing happened. But then, slowly, gradually, she felt something start to shift inside her. She gritted her teeth and pushed harder, feeling the uncomfortable pressure building up in her lower abdomen. With a loud grunt, a small nugget of shit finally emerged from her anus, landing with a splat on the toilet bowl beneath her.
Alice sighed in relief, her chest heaving as she let out the tension that had built up inside her. She remained sitting there for a few moments, catching her breath before starting the process all over again. With each passing moment, she felt more and more of the fecal matter leaving her body, until finally, after what felt like an eternity, she was able to wipe herself clean with a tissue.
Exhausted, she stood up, wobbling slightly on her feet. She pulled up her shorts and panties, not sparing a thought for how unattractive they must look after having been covered in shit. Straightening her shirt, she took a deep breath and headed out of the bathroom, trying to ignore the lingering smell of feces that clung to her skin.
As she made her way back to her bedroom, she couldn't help but feel a sense of shame and humiliation. Her bowel issues had become a constant source of embarrassment and inconvenience for her, and she wished more than anything that she could just be normal, like everyone else. But for now, all she could do was endure it and hope that one day, she would find a solution to her chronic constipation.
