Two Days of Hardworking Ass: A Squatter's Gritty Food Diary
As a squatter, I've learned to embrace the physical toll that my lifestyle takes on me. Our bodies are built for endurance and strength, not comfort or convenience. We're used to pushing through pain, both mental and physical, to reach our goals. And so it was with me, as I found myself struggling with two days of hardworking ass.
The first day started off with a bang – or rather, a loud fart. It was 6 am, and my morning routine was already in full swing. I woke up early, as always, to take care of business before starting my day. But as soon as I sat down on the toilet, I felt the familiar tightening in my ass.
I had eaten a lot of beans the previous night, and they were clearly not happy with me. After a few minutes of pushing and straining, I finally managed to release a small, dry, hard turd. I felt a sense of relief, but also knew that this was just the beginning.
Throughout the day, my ass continued to protest against the onslaught of food. Every time I stood up from my desk, I felt the familiar ache in my lower back and tightness in my rectum. I spent most of the day sitting on the toilet, trying to relieve the pressure.
On the second day, things only got worse. My shit was now short but dry, and pushing it out required a lot of effort. I could feel myself leaking pee a bit, but I ignored it and focused on getting through the day.
I took note of what I ate during those 24 hours and decided to share it here. I hoped that maybe someone could relate or offer some advice.
My Food Diary:
- Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of whole-wheat toast, a side of avocado, and a large glass of water.
- Snack: Apple slices with almond butter.
- Lunch: Chicken stir-fry with brown rice, steamed broccoli, and a side salad.
- Snack: Greek yogurt with granola and honey.
- Dinner: Baked salmon with roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus.
Despite the discomfort, I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in my ability to power through the day. It was a testament to my dedication to my lifestyle and my body's incredible capabilities. As I sat on the toilet, once again, trying to empty my aching bowels, I knew that tomorrow would bring more of the same. But I also knew that I was strong enough to handle it.
