Asia had been constipated for days. She had tried various remedies, from prune juice to rubber bands around her stomach, but nothing seemed to work. As the discomfort in her stomach grew, she decided to take matters into her own hands.
She walked into her bathroom, the tiles cool against her bare feet. She stood before the bathtub, remembering an old wives' tale about squatting helping to relieve constipation. With a deep breath, she gripped the walls on either side and lowered herself into a squatting position.
Her legs were surprisingly flexible, but the stretch in her abdomen was intense. She gritted her teeth and pushed through the pain. As she relaxed, she felt a familiar pressure building in her bowels. She closed her eyes, concentrating on emptying her aching bowels.
Suddenly, a powerful urge to defecate overcame her. She tensed every muscle in her body and bore down hard. A warm stream of liquid piss splashed against the inside of the bathtub, followed shortly after by a soft gush of diarrhea. The combination of the two was strangely satisfying as it filled up the bottom of the tub.
Asia stayed in her squatting position, letting the relief wash over her. She glanced down at the mess she had made and felt a pang of guilt. Even so, she was proud of herself for finding a way to deal with her constipation. With one last sigh of contentment, she slowly straightened her legs and hauled herself up onto the bathmat.
As she stood there, catching her breath, she couldn't help but notice how leaving such a mess behind – and being so open about it – had left her feeling more exposed and vulnerable than ever before. But at the same time, there was something exhilarating about it. Maybe next time she'd squat on the toilet seat instead of in the bathtub. For now, she'd just clean up and try to forget about the odd position she'd found herself in.
