Doctor, I'm so glad you're here with me. My stomach has been in knots all morning, and I'm feeling pretty miserable. I had a bit of discomfort during my last appointment, and they told me it could be related to some cramping I've been experiencing. They said I might need a trigger shot to help alleviate the pain.
As you walk into the room, you notice the nervous tension in the air. "Hi Cassie," you say, sitting down on the exam table next to me. "So, we're going to try and see if that's what's been causing your discomfort. First thing's first, though - it's been awhile since your last period. Would you mind if I take a quick look at your cervix?"
My heart is pounding in my chest as I nod mutely and scooch down a little, bracing myself for the discomfort that I know is coming. You insert a finger into me, checking my progress, and I feel a sharp tug as you remove my tampon. It's humiliating, but I know it's necessary.
"Now, we're going to start with an enema," you say softly, handing me the medication and a towel. "You're going to need to use this to clean up afterward."
I take a deep breath, swallowing down my nerves as I unscrew the cap and pour the liquid into my asshole. It burns as it goes in, but I manage to hold it for the full 20 minutes, my stomach clenched tight. As I start to feel the urge to empty myself, I excuse myself to the bathroom, eyes wide and staring at anything but the mess I'm about to make.
With a mighty push, I expel the enema into the waiting toilet, my rectum clenching tight as it works hard to push the liquid from my body. The first wave is impressive, but it's nothing compared to what comes next. As the enema explodes from my asshole, it creates a monumental pile of turds and liquid that touches the bottom of my feet at the worst of it.
After that, it's small waves of relief, each one accompanied by a weak groan as my body expels more of the unwanted fluid. Eventually, I crawl out of the mess, half of it on my legs and the other half in the toilet, and use the towel to clean myself off.
When I'm finally done, I look up at you, my cheeks burning with shame and embarrassment. "Thank you," I whisper, voice shaking a little.
"You're welcome, Cassie," you say softly, patting me on the shoulder reassuringly. "Now, let's see if that helps with your cramps."
